Beautiful location, easy access to local shops, restaurants and the Co-op for groceries.Apartment was spotless and kitchen well appointed. There was a big range of outside temps when we were there and the heating/ac handled the fluctuations very well to keep us comfortableOne small caveat was that the onsite paid parking was sometimes full and nearby free parking was blocks away.

Everything was clean. Walkable to downtown. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is more lamps/warm lighting—there’s only one lamp in the living room, the rest is overhead lighting which at night feels jarring unless you like hospital lighting.

The stay was an excellent experience. A hiccup or two with check in/out but the host was responsive immediately and it was resolved within minutes so really no complaints. Only mention it because others have left the same review and in my opinion It shouldn’t stop you from staying here. If you’re a group of women like us, I recommend Being your own mirror or two. lol. There is only 1 in the bathroom, Place was clean, quiet, Responsive and so close to all the Traverse City fun! Parking for us wasn’t an issue. Will stay here again. Ty!

We needed to cancel due to illness; however the management company was so very responsive, and as supportive as they could be. Will surely use them in the future.
